Otelin çalışanları çok iyiydi, güler yüzlü ve yardım severlerdi, her konuda yardımcı oldular. Çocuklu aile konaklamasına çok uygun bir oteldi, biz çift olarak gittik ama çocuklu aileler de vardı. Otelin genel dekorasyonu gayet iyiydi, kapadokya için dokusu gayet uygundu hem de temizdi. Otelin konum ... u ürgüp merkezdeydi, çarşıya yürüme mesafesindeydi, bu konuda bir problem yaşamadık. Keyifli bir konaklamaydı.
