Beraberinde çalışan tüm servis sorumlusu arkadaşların profesyonelliği ve kibarlığı çok iyi ve misafirler için çok değerli olduğuna inanıyorum. Spa da görev yapan terapist gülşen hanim başta olmak üzere tü ... m çalışanlar da işlerinde son derece profesyonel. Restoran menülerinde yer alan yemek lezzetleri yeterli ancak daha iyi seviyeye ulaşmalı. Çorbalar benim için sınıfta kaldı ne yazık ki :(güler yüzlü çalışanlar her problemin üstesinden gelir :) teşekkürler rixos ailesi….
Aileler tavsiye etmem çocuklu olanlara çocuk sayısı az diye aksiyonları iptal ettiler şikayet ettiğimizde güler yüzle tabi efendim yardımcı olacağız dediler olmadılar sadece not aldılar çocuk sayısı artınca aldılar yani ben çocuğum mutlu olduğunda mutlu oluyorum olumlu olarak temiz bir otel işçiler ... i kaliteli havuzun içersinde dondurma yeniyordu şefe söyledik böyle bir yasak yok dedi daha sonra başka bir çalışan uyardı havuza dökülürse suyu değiştirmemiz lazım diye hee öyle mi diyor şef bu adam şef olmuş oraya.
