Safe Tourism Certificate
Initiated by the T.R. Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Safe Tourism Certification Program covers the health and hygiene rules and measures to be applied in facilities. Facilities seeking a Safe Tourism Certificate are subjected to a series of inspections by authorized audit firms regarding the implementation of health and hygiene rules, and assessments are conducted in line with international standards. Inspections take place on a regular basis and are recorded.

Misafirlerimi getirdim ama memnun kalmadık. Yemekleri iyi değildi. Tam pansiyon plus gibi değildi. Otelde hiçbir şey yoktu. Her şey paralıydı. Personelleri ilgiliydi. Açık büfe yoktu yemekler buz gibiydi.

Lokasyonu iyiydi. Yeni bir otel iyiydi personeller iyi niyetliydi ama personelin kalifiye olması lazım. Odalarda eksikler var minibar boş terlik yok gibi konularda. Yemekhanede havalandırma yoktu. Lobide oturma alanlarında düzenleme yapılabilir.
Yemekler lezzetli değildi. Personeller ilgisizdi. Olumlu olarak kar gördüm.

Oda genel olarak çok iyiydi. Ancak sıcak su sorunu vardı, sıcak su akşam herkesin yaptığı gibi duş yapmak istedik ancak herkes birden duş yaptığı için sıcak su sorunu oluşuyordu. Bu otelle ilgili tek negatif durum buydu. Personeller ilgili ve alakalıydı. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Genel hizmetten memnun kaldım.

Tesis temizdi. Giriş ve çıkış işlemlerimiz hızlı bir şekilde gerçekleştirildi. Pistlere yakın bir oteldi.
Şömineli ve jakuzili bir odada kaldım. Sınırsız değildi. Sürekli odun istemek zorunda kaldık jakuzi su damlattı. Sadece resepsiyonistler üler yüzlüydü diğer personeller asık suratlıydı.
