Guest comments are taken from the Otelpuan website and only belong to guests who have made a reservation through Etstur or Odamax.Bu otele yıllardan beri giderim memnuniyetle gidiyordum bu sefer gittiğimde eskimiş gördüm herhangi bir tadilata girilmemiş musluklarda falan duş alanı eski. Bize verilen oda tam temizlenmemişti ertesi gün ben temizlettim bana diyor ki izinliydim falan beş yıldızlı bir otelde böyle olmamalı aynalar ... ı falan toz içindeydi. Kahvaltılarını bozmuş kalite olduğu gibi düşmüş. Spa bölümünde de aşırı sıcaktı su ve yaşlılar için aşırı karanlıktı merdiven şeklinde yapılan bir jakuzi vardı onun için de yaşlılar düşünülmemiş giremedi annem. Spada soğuk bölümü yok bir de normalde olması gerekir. Hamam gittiğimiz günden gideceğimiz güne kadar lağım kokuyordu güya yapılacak dediler. Tek pozitif yanı çalışanları çok kibarlardı ne derseniz hemen yapmaya çalışıyorlardı.

Eğer fırsatım olur ise yeniden konaklamak isterdim. Otel aileler için uygundu. Çocuklar için aktivite alanı yokt ... u. Otelin konumu merkeziydi. Genel kullanım alanları temizdi.
