SPA Centre of the property provides service between 10.00 am – 08.00 pm everday. Children under the age of 12 can enter SPA centre provided to be accompanied by their oarents. Thermal pool doesn’t accept children under the age of 6. Thermal pool serves only to women on Thursdays.

Services and use of some service areas that are provided within the concept of the properties may be limited or closed during your accommodation as per the circular notices and legal regulations published within the scope of Covid-19. Some services may not be provided partially or completely, as well.

All guests who make reservations are obliged to comply with all the measures taken by the relevant institutions including the facility, the Ministry of Health, local institutions / authorities regarding Covid-19; and within the scope of these measures, they must provide all the information requested from them, especially the HES Code.

Within the scope of Covid-19 measures taken by the relevant public institutions in order to protect the health of the guests, the HES Code query will be made when the guests enter the facility. The facility within the scope of the regulations of the relevant public institutions may refuse to accept guests who have disease symptoms or come into contact with the a person with disease symptoms, take them to the isolation room, request their exit from the facility, or take other necessary actions as a result of questioning.
