Guest comments are taken from the Otelpuan website and only belong to guests who have made a reservation through Etstur or Odamax.Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar da çok ilgiliydi. Odadan çok memnun kaldık. Resepsiyondakiler odayı hemen bize teslim etti. Animasyonlar ve animatörler iyiydi. Özellikle çocuklar için animasyonlar açısından güzel bir oteldi. Otel gayet temizdi. Kahvaltısı zayıftı. Bir gün kaşar ... ve peynir hiç yoktu. Yemeklerin kalitesi iyi olabilir.
Deniz ve havuz ortamı fena değil. Fakat genel wc yalnızca tek kişi kullanımı için var. Bir tane de engelliler için vardı. Bir tanesinde sabun yoktu, diğerinde tuvalet kağıdı yoktu. Temizliği de iyi değildi. Yemekler lezzetsiz ve çeşit yoktu. Bizden başka dört türk aile vardı, hepsi yemeklerden şika ... yetçi idi. Çorba ve pilavla karnımızı doyurmaya çalıştık. Şimdiye kadar 30-40 otel görmüş olduğumu düşünürsem, yiyecek kalitesi ve çeşidi anlamında en kötüsü burasıdır. Sonuç olarak, hiç bütçeniz yoksa ancak o zaman gidin; onun dışında asla tavsiye etmem.
